We live in a corrupted system. The way to tackle corruption is to first acknowledge it exists. Only then is it possible to come up with ways of dealing with it, but don't make the mistake of believing the system can or will uncorrupt itself.

Another Shortage Pending

On the 8th November 2021 it was reported that DEFRA (the UK’s Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs) have detected HPAI H5N1, an allegedly deadly form of avian flu in Warwickshire.

As a result an Avian Influenza Prevention Zone (AIPZ) has been declared across Great Britain. A statement in the article made by Chief Veterinary Officers for Wales, England and Scotland says:

Whether you keep just a few birds or thousands, you are now legally required to introduce higher biosecurity standards on your farm or small holding.
